1. Admission Policy
Admission is based on academic merit, entrance exams, and/or interview performance.

A minimum of 75% attendance is required in lectures, practicals, and clinical rotations.
Failure to maintain attendance may result in course withdrawal or ineligibility for examinations.
Absences must be reported with valid documentation (medical certificate, emergency proof).
Students will be evaluated through quizzes, assignments, mid-terms, practical exams, and final exams.
A minimum passing grade of 50% is required in each subject.
Any form of academic dishonesty (cheating, plagiarism) will lead to disciplinary action.
Students must complete mandatory clinical hours in affiliated hospitals/clinics.
Professional conduct, hygiene, and ethical behavior are strictly required during rotations.
Breach of patient confidentiality is considered a serious violation.
Respect faculty, staff, patients, and peers at all times.
Strictly follow institutional dress code (e.g., lab coats, ID badges, PPE in clinical areas).
Any harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behavior will lead to disciplinary measures.
Full refund if withdrawal is made before course commencement.
Partial refund (50%) if withdrawal is within the first two weeks.
No refunds after two weeks of course commencement.
Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of assessments and required attendance.
Digital certificates will be verifiable through the institution’s website.
